So we bought the item on 07/10/2023 and was expected the 13th... the item was never brought to the mailing center until the 13th. Then it took until end of day on the 17th to receive. The shipping was free but not quick. I ended up having to email the company on the morning of the 12th and they said it would be expected 3-5 days after it was brought to the shipping provider.

Other than that, the part is great, worked perfect for our 2016 RAM 2500. Apparently this is a common issue with RAM diesel trucks. Thankful for the part but we needed it sooner than the 17th when received but in the end it all got fixed and we have a running truck.

5 stars for the part which was what was purchased. I think the shipping expectation can be adjusted for more realistic dates.
