For the record I did not give my previous review 5 stars. This review process is misleading because you cannot select how many stars to give...it defaults to 5 automatically. I would have only given my review 3 stars.
VIPIH says you can edit in a separate email and links you to a separate review site but you must sign up and register for it.

Received part in a reasonably timely manner although VIPIH pays postage immediately but then the order sits for almost a week with no movement so it's a little disconcerting. Part appears exactly as represented. Main bolts have trouble screwing in so unsure of machining accuracy. All parts appear to be included except a pair of extra (not duplicates) bolts that don't seem to belong anywhere. What would be really helpful is some installation instructions because not everyone who buys these parts are mechanically inclined.
