Well, first there was such a delay in getting the printhead due to avaiability, but it finally arrived and installed the printhead. It took a couple of times for the printer to accept the product, but I got it working and that's what counts! Thank you.

Installed print head. Came up with error print head not compatible even though it was exact part number./Must be faulty electronics. not your fault.
