Bought this as it was advertised to fit Bass Pro boats. It doesn’t fit. Box was ruined in transit so I don’t have original box. Tried several times to contact customer service phone # has a restriction on it. Have contacted about it by email. Not very good at responding. Keep telling me to try to install. It plain doesn’t fit ! (See pic) Had to file dispute with my CC company as they will not accept return without authorization # and will charge a 30% restocking fee. They are sturdy steps. Just not made for my boat without major renovations to the trailer. Not happy with the company that says they want to make customer happy.
