The product arrived sooner than my expectation and in excellent condition. All hardware include with very clear step by step installation manual. The artic locate above my narrow bathroom, but this one perfect fit. I originally planed to install the conventional (wood) ladder, but I totally glad by switching to this , it's super space saver and easy to install. it's a bit heavy and does requires at least 2 person to install, I would recommend to use the "A" ladder for safe and easy during installation process. Product is well constructed at fair price. Strongly recommend this product to other buyers.
