We purchased for my father who is in a wheelchair and can no longer stand or pivot. This machine works perfect. Good quality. We use it to transfer my father out of his bed into his wheelchair and on to the toilet. No complaints about this product, definitely recommend to everyone, worth the money!

Use this Patient Chair how easy it is to transfer my dad from bed to chair or wheelchair to chair then back to bed. No more sore backs or arms. This transfer seat is a great help for anyone who takes care of a loved one who can’t stand up on their own.
The idea is great but it doesn’t work for us. The chair works it doesn’t work for our situation. I am trying to return so I can get a refund. Expensive especially if I can’t get my money back.

The quality is not an issue; it might be due to our improper operation. Considering the price and the level of service provided, I believe it's worth it.
