The compact 17 amp high output alternator measures 3-1/4" long.
This conversion kit has high power output, 17 amps @ 1000 rpms.
12 volt electronic regulator, for use with alternator conversion kits.
Features a electronic regulator in a compact housing, mounted on a 32E relay base.
Billet housing for strength and accurate alignment, and a stress proof shaft which is stronger than stock.
The kit includes a black alternator with black regulator (instructions not included).
Kit cannot be used with mini battery (12N55A-3B).

Fits Models:
Kit can be used on 1965-1983 XL and 1941-1969 FL models if the generator bolt holes in the engine case are drilled to 5/16".
Alternators have 5/16" x 24 mount holes for screws. you should convert 12 volt generators with 5/16-24 thread to 1/4-24 thread to accept early mount bolt set.

Note:
Black finned Regulator is not built-in and must be mounted remotely.
It can be mounted in the original location on Overhead and Side Valve models. Wires do not includes connectors.
Regulator can be used on 32E 12 volt alternator conversion unit, 17 amp alternator generator conversion kit, 17 amp 12 volt alternator generator conversion kit.

Works exactly as it should. The gasket came a little folded, so I laid it flat overnight to get rid of the creases. Installed easily and hasn’t leaked at all.
I purchased this to replace my stator after it failed and took out the connectors between the rectifier and stator with it. Installation is easy if you have good patience and can follow a YouTube video there are no problems with fitment However, I opted to use a rubber gasket instead of the one included in the package.
this worked but I had to cut grommet to pull wires longer to fit grommet into the crankcase. hopefully the stator does work !
Everything was great.It got here on time.It fit perfectly. Now it's just wait and see if that was the solution to my problem.
It would be really awesome if yall could get back to customs where the aluminum was casted, other than the hold in customs i hope it works well and my package arrived soon!
