For the price, this is an amazing bicycle. I am 6'2" and 200lbs, with the large frame, I have plenty of room and the bike fits me excellent. Pedals seemed small so I upgraded to a larger style. The bike is a great no-frills bike but is easily upgraded as your skills progress. Over the past several months I have tried several bikes, this is the one I will keep. At $276, you absolutely can not go wrong!
I really like this bike. For this price, the quality is good. I put it together easily and learned a few things about bike adjustments. Vipih's customer service is correct in fine-tuning the brakes. One of the brake components was slightly bent, but when I contacted customer service, they re-sent the parts to me for free within a few days. Customer service is very good. This bicycle is very light and comfortable to ride. Great purchase!
Very satisfied with an online purchase, this is a great bike, especially at such a cheap price! The aluminum frame is light and durable, the gear lever is great, the disc brakes work very well, and it looks sharp. We have not left the road yet, but I believe it will perform well. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Simple assembly. Have all the tools you need. Everything is explained in the owner's manual. My son is 5'7'' tall, this 26 inch mountain bike fits him well

So far, I have owned this bike for less than a week, and I have a story about this company that shows the level of quality and support they provide to customers. When I received my bike, there was a screw missing from the handlebar. The company did not hesitate to send a completely new stem through the United States Postal Service for free. It was completely unexpected and very supportive.
While riding, I noticed that the brakes need to be adjusted, and the shifting of the front and rear transmissions also need to be adjusted, but I don’t know how to do it. Vipih said again without hesitation, go to a local bike shop, make adjustments, and send us the invoice, and we will process the refund for the repair amount. Did it with them!!
