Bear in mind that there should be no pressure under Your rocker valve cover after You change copper washers.
If You get a leak from black seals, Only changing for new ones may not solve Your problem.
If there is pressure and black seals are failing You need to change copper washers as well as You're getting an air leak from injector nest and this is why black seals are failing.
When changing copper washers make sure it's done professionally and injector nests are properly cleaned before putting new washers in.
