This is a solid, well-constructed electric trike with great overall quality. We bought two so we can ride side by side outdoors.
Delivery was quick and the trikes arrived in excellent shape. The instructions were easy to follow, and assembly was smooth and hassle-free. The brakes and throttle operate very gently and feel safe to use.

We put the tricycle together, charged the battery and it was great. When it came to needing to charge it again, two days later, it wouldn’t charge. I reached out and sent pictures of the problem as the company requested, and I still haven’t heard back from a week or so ago. This bike wasn’t cheap! I’m very disappointed and only got to ride it twice before it broke.
