These fittings fit for most GM and MOPAR hydroboost units. They fit for some Fords but not all. Some Fords have LEFT HAND threads.
This replaces the tube on the low pressure spittier port. It allows you to use braided hoses on this port also. They can also solve some clearance problems. These fittings are steel with an attractive zink plating.
Note:
The 5/16" port is very small and it is easy to break the fitting off if you get all strong arm with it. Just snug it up, don't kill it! Also when you attach the hose to this fitting it is a good idea to back the fitting up with a wrench. That way you can get the hose tight on the adapter and not break the adapter off in the hydroboost unit.
