We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products.Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). Please contact our Customer service at Service@vipih.com to get the return address.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Service@vipih.com
Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Vipih.com will not issue store credit for your returns.
How long does the returns process take? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
I received my order but my item is defective, incorrect, or missing. What do I do? Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email Service@vipih.com within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this time frame up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible!
My package is returned to Vipih.com, what should I do? If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Vipih.com, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Note: To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. Vipih.com does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Does Vipih.com issue refunds? An order can only be cancelled within 24 H from the time it was placed. After this period, we cannot stop the order and refund the amount back. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.
For Out of Stock items: We issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner. For Returns: We issue refunds in the form of store credit to be used on future purchases. Store credit never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!
