I orderd this grill almost a week ago says it got delivered yesterday with 2 other packages of mine while I was at work. Get home ready to install it take a look and its not there. So thanks for me wasting my money. I hope the company reads my review and will notice i sent an email out to them
Grill was delivered broken and missing pieces and screws, it was packaged very well and the box had no damage, I believe it was already broken before being placed in the box. Emailed customer service with pictures and explanation of what I found, it's been a week now with multiple back and forth, first they wanted to give me a 10% if I would fixture it myself, second wanted to know if I would pay another $25 shipping charge for the replacement. I have asked for a refund but they will not refund my money.
Sensor did not fit top screw was off.
Had to sand the ends of lights to get them to fit in the grille. One of the four catch fins was broken. Still worked.
Otherwise everything else was good.
The part I ordered was not the part I needed. I might have ordered it in error. Im working with your company now to see if I can exchange for the correct part.
Works great so far, been using is for over a year with no issues
