We purchased for my father who is in a wheelchair and can no longer stand or pivot. This machine works perfect. Good quality. We use it to transfer my father out of his bed into his wheelchair and on to the toilet. No complaints about this product, definitely recommend to everyone, worth the money!

This chair is perfect for me and my need.I can get my husband (about 200 lbs) into and out of the car with relatively little effort. Finally can get out of the house without waiting for a handicap van pickup!

The idea is great but it doesn’t work for us. The chair works it doesn’t work for our situation. I am trying to return so I can get a refund. Expensive especially if I can’t get my money back.

The quality is not an issue; it might be due to our improper operation. Considering the price and the level of service provided, I believe it's worth it.
